1. How do I place an order for a custom poker table?

Once you have reviewed all options and decided on your selection, you can place an order by calling 916-879-5021, or emailing sales@916pokerdepot.com All orders are preferred to be paid upfront.

2. How long will it take to complete my poker table?

Once all table specifications are finalized and the payment is received tables are generally completed within 2-4 weeks. Because we generate the best quality product on the market we must take time to achieve this mission.

3. What is the difference in the poker table cloth?

This is a personal choice. For the best slide and quality we recommend the custom poker table cloth, or the suited diamond speed cloth. See the color charts for more information.

4. What is the custom poker cloth?

Well, if you've ever been to a major casino or watch a televised poker tournament, you've seen it. Our poker cloth is 100% woven polyester. It is smooth and has a low, fine pile, exactly like in the casinos. It is thick, heavy, and very tightly woven, which in combination with the nylon composition gives it unparalleled durability and stain and spill-resistance. The cards glide along it very nicely and it feels great on the hands. It does not stretch over time. Most importantly, our printing process (dye-sublimation) actually dyes your custom logo right into the fabric. Unlike airbrushing or screen printing, the logo can never wear off the fabric. This is the exact same process and fabric used by major casinos everywhere. Why do they use this fabric to the exclusion of all others? Because it looks the best, plays the best, lasts the longest, and is the most economical long-term solution.

Want a poker table that's one big photograph? We can do that. Want a logo in the middle of the table and nothing else? We can do that, too. Your imagination -- and the applicable copyright laws -- are the only real limitations.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover thru PayPal?, cash, money orders, certified checks, and personal checks (allow 3-5 business days for clearance).

9. Do you charge sales tax?

We are mandated by state law to collect all sales taxes in California. Therefore California sales tax will be added to all orders placed in the state of California.

10. How is the table shipped?

For a shipping quote please email us at sales@916pokerdepot.com or call us directly at 916-879-5021 with the complete address of the shipping location and indicate if it is being delivered to a business or residence.  Orders may be subject to a crate fee.

We are not responsible for unexpected delays in shipments due to road conditions, weather conditions, warehouse conditions, special loading requirements or other unforseen circumstances that might cause a delay in receiving your item.  Refunds will not be issued for delays in shipments in accordance with the shipping carriers terms and conditions.

No Warranties, No Returns. We take great pride in the product that we sell, custom gaming tables, but because these products are all highly-customized by and for each of our individual customers, we regret that we cannot offer any refunds or returns on custom gaming tables once the customer has given final approval to the table specifications. All sales are final no exceptions and by purchasing through 916 Poker Depot you agree to those terms and conditions.
