Our company strives to provide our customers with the finest products and service available. Should the situation arise that a purchase needs to be returned, please review the following information.
Returns for damage or defect
We make every effort to secure all packages, but sometimes merchandise can be damaged during shipping. Merchandise damaged during shipping or found to be defective upon delivery should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. Contact us during normal business hours; we will arrange pickup, return and replacement.
Not satisfied
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for an item of equal or greater value. If your item was lost or damaged during shipping; please contact us at sales@916pokerdepot.com regarding your order and we will do what is necessary to arrange for an exchange of your purchased product.
Restocking Fees
If an item is returned and there is no exchange a restocking fee of 15% applies to all merchandise orders and customers are responsible for shipping charges on return items. Once an order is placed and a customer wants to return that item to our inventory the restocking fee will apply weather the item has shipped or not. This fee will not apply to shipping charges on any order.
Back Orders
We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain adequate inventory of each product, occasionally we may run out of a certain item. In this event, we will give you the date our supplier expects the item to reach us. We will then offer you the following choices: canceling the out-of-stock item from your order, authorizing us to send you a partial order, or holding up your order until we receive the item in question. If you choose the partial shipment option, we will send the missing item to you at no additional freight charge.

Shipping and Returns for Custom Poker Tables, Pre Made Poker Tables and All Poker Chairs
A crate fee will apply on all orders that are placed for poker tables. This amount shall be added to the total order.
Shipping Protection Policy
It is your responsibility to protect yourself from accepting damaged merchandise. Before signing the delivery receipt, you have the right and responsibility to do the following:
◦ Visually inspect all cartons or crates for holes, tears, and other indications of rough handling.
◦ Fully remove merchandise from cartons and visually inspect it for any damage, no matter how minor. Pay particular attention to any areas that correspond to damage appearing on the carton.
◦ If there is any damage, you are not obligated to take delivery and have the right to refuse delivery. If you do so, you must immediately email us at sales@916pokerdepot.com to notify us of this refusal of delivery or call 916-879-5021.
◦ If you accept delivery, you are responsible for all damages, whether or not the damage was noticed at the time of delivery. Your signature on the delivery receipt, or the signature of your normally authorized representative, indicates that you have accepted the merchandise in “good order.”
If the package is properly notated of damage or refused and returned to 916 Poker Depot then we shall file all insurance claims and work directly with the insurance company. Be advised that due time is needed to complete the claim process and can take up to approximately 30-60 days. Once the insurance claim is approved and paid out a replacement table will be made for the customer at no cost. The replacement item could take up to 4-6 weeks to be replaced depending on production work load, but will be put # 1 on the priority list and we will work diligently to get the replacement item sent to the customer. The original shipping charges are non-refundable and no refunds will be issued. The replacement item will be sent to free of charge once the insurance claim is awarded.
If an item is clearly damaged then we recommend that you refuse the package. Once we receive the package back we will start the claim process.
No Warranties, No Returns. We take great pride in the product that we sell – custom poker tables – but because these products are all highly-customized by and for each of our individual customers, we regret that we cannot offer any refunds or returns once the customer has given final approval to the table specifications. All sales are final at the time of purchase.
All sales are final on all seating and no refunds will be given. In the event you received damaged seating notify us and we will replace the item as long as the damage was noted on the delivery bill of landing or delivery slip. Any damage not noted on the delivery slip will not be covered under the shipping policy and the customer is responsible for a replacement.
